This theory outlines certain important factors such as satisfaction and pay and the relationship between those beings that of a positive nature as those whose pay is greater would experience greater satisfaction and hence, their performance would also be better consequentially.
However, as yet the equity has not been applied on such a huge level in the education sector as it was reconsider that there were other important elements which would motivate the teachers just as well such as the need to develop the teachers’ skills and to recognize their achievements etc. the system which was operating during the early 1970s before the radical labour reforms insisted on better pay systems but it was seen that there gaps in the education system which could only be fulfilled through a system of skills-building and professional development.
