Everyone is familiar with the idea of editing his/her own picture to look more attractive or to hide flaws, but what if you can sculpt your body and reshape your face in reality. Plastic Surgeries are a live form of Adobe Photoshop. If you think you are not good-looking, you can undergo a surgery to look more admirable.

Plastic surgeries mainly are of two types: some surgeries are used as a treatment for any injury resulting from an accident- like surgery for a broken nose, or surgery for a burnt skin- this kind of surgery is known as Reconstructive surgery;and some surgeries are done to attain a desirable appearance, such surgeries are called Cosmetic surgeries

Cosmetic surgeries

Cosmetic surgeries are performed to refashion or modify the body of an individual, according to his or her desire. People who wish for such surgeries are mostly insecure with their natural manifestation. They do not accept themselves as they were born.

They eventually become physiologically disturbed and more introvert. This kind of insecurity about own self is a psychological disability known as “body dysmorphic disorder (BDD)”.

People suffering from this condition tend to think about their flaws a lot. They think the only way to get rid of their flaws and to look more attractive is cosmetic surgery.

Cosmetic surgery

The most bizarre form of cosmetic surgery is to completely remodel oneself into a Barbie doll. Human barbies have gone viral on the internet these days.

Not only girls but boys are also inclined to transform themselves into a human Ken (male Barbie). These surgeries not only comprise facial transformation but also the body transformation. Sometimes it goes beyond limits by removing the last two bones of the rib cage to have a slimmer waist.

This issue has now become more serious, as every tenth person you know has undergone a cosmetic surgery. With the increase in the use of the social media; people have become more obsessed with their appearances.

Psychological treatments must be given to such insecure people rather than any physical treatment. Beauty is not about having fake and desired image; it is more about having a pure heart. Surgeries are a waste of money, and sometimes these surgeries also have hidden dangers.

Surgeries result from the lack of confidence in oneself. Reshaping and rebuilding of a character are much required in this chaotic world. These surgeries must be avoided; people must understand their own value, and should learn to embrace their strengths as well as their flaws.
