One of the major challenges of this company in controlling its operations with its business customers is making sure that the orders taken and delivered are done in good time. In order to do so, each one of the Atokowa retail outlets has been equipped with a standard Windows PC connected over a simple local area network (LAN) to the checkout EPOS system.

This local network within the company makes it easier for communication to be conveyed between the managers at the main office and the managers at each of the outlets. This way, orders placed by the business customers are able to be conveyed to the related outlets and deliveries are made in good time. Running the business chain using this type of network makes it very easy for orders to be placed as well as payments to be made. The company encourages its customers to pay for their orders using their credit cards.  However, this system does pose a challenge to some of the customers.
